SANCTUARYEnvironments OS is the operational platform of a Principal Fiduciary Advisory Authority. Its architecture — the engagement instruments, the payment gate model, the procurement disclosure system — is designed so that self-dealing is structurally impossible. The following four proofs are embedded in every engagement.

01 — Legal Instrument
A written fiduciary obligation before any work begins

Every engagement begins with a Principal Engagement Letter — not a service agreement that protects us, but a legal instrument that defines our obligation to act in your interest and your documented recourse if that obligation is not met. No contractor in this market has this document.

02 — Fee Structure
No conflicts of interest — structurally

We take no referral fees from contractors. We do not benefit from you choosing a more expensive vendor. Our procurement margin is disclosed in writing before it applies — never hidden. Our financial interest and your financial interest are structurally identical.

03 — Payment Authority
No contractor is paid without our documented sign-off

Every payment is gated behind a formal site inspection and sign-off against your Environment Blueprint™. A 5–10% fiduciary holdback is retained on every vendor until final completion is verified. Contractors cannot pressure you directly for payment. Every invoice clears through us — and only when the work does.

04 — Insurance Backstop
Professionally insured. $2M per occurrence.

We carry Professional Liability — Errors and Omissions insurance at $2,000,000 per occurrence. No landscape architect, contractor, or project manager in this category carries E&O coverage structured around the fiduciary advisory relationship. A fiduciary claim without financial backing is a marketing statement. Ours is insured.
